Our community-based daycare in Tennessee offers a range of outside-the-home care for persons with disabilities to support independence and community inclusion. These are individualized to meet the specific desires and needs of each person and help them live the life they choose. Community-based daycare provides direct support and assistance for participants, out of the participant’s residence, with or without the caregiver present, to achieve and/or maintain the outcomes of increased independence, productivity, and community inclusion.
